What is the difference between 12V and 24V parts?
Cars, vans and most tractors use a 12V electrical system; most trucks, buses and heavy plant use 24V. Many LED products are marked 12/24V and work on both. Fitting a 12V-only bulb or component to a 24V vehicle will damage it, so always check the voltage shown on the product page.
What does IP67, IP68 or IP69K mean?
The IP rating shows how well a product is protected against dust and water. IP67 and IP68 mean dust-tight and protected against immersion; IP69K also withstands high-pressure, high-temperature washing – ideal for agricultural and plant machinery.
Are your lamps road legal?
Lamps intended for use on public roads should carry the relevant E-mark (ECE approval) for their function. Product pages show approvals where they apply. Some products, such as blue beacons or high-power light bars, may only be used in specific situations – it is the user’s responsibility to follow the Road Traffic regulations.
