Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the Republic of Ireland. If you need delivery to Northern Ireland or elsewhere, please contact us before ordering and we will check what is possible.
Delivery costs
The available delivery methods and their prices are calculated automatically and shown at checkout, before you pay. The delivery cost depends on the size and weight of your order and the delivery method you choose.
Delivery times
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1–2 working days of receiving your order. Delivery times given at checkout are estimates and start from the day of dispatch. Orders placed at weekends or on Irish public holidays are processed on the next working day.
If an item is temporarily out of stock or a delay is expected, we will contact you by email and you can choose to wait, change your order or cancel it for a full refund.
Receiving your order
Please check the parcel when it arrives. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note this with the courier if possible and tell us within 48 hours at office@autoelectro.ie, with photos. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Large or heavy items
Some items, such as long light bars or warning bars, may be sent by pallet or two-person delivery. Where this applies, the delivery method shown at checkout will say so.
